Math 132: Homework problems

Homework assignments are to be done in the on-line WebAssign homework system. These  consist of problems directly from the text, sometimes modified to fit the WebAssign format. They reflect typical coverage of the exams. Your instructor may also assign additional problems.

Due dates will be listed in WebAssign and announced by your instructor.

For your convenience, the textbooks’ problems corresponding to the WebAssign problems are listed below. (Note that most WebAssign problems are “parameterized”, so that each student gets a slightly different version of the problem!) Problems marked * below are ones for which equivalent problems have been substituted in WebAssign. The list does not include “tutorial” and “worked example” type problems included in many of the WebAssign assignments.
