Bayesian Models for Meta-Analysis of Microarray Data

This page contains the WinBUGS code for implementing the Bayesian meta-analysis models for microarray data, based on the following:

1)      Conlon, E.M., Song, J.J., Liu, A. (2007) Bayesian meta-analysis models for microarray data: a comparative study. BMC Bioinformatics, 8:80.
Download the paper here (Open Access)

2)      Conlon, E.M., Song, J.J., Liu, J.S. (2006) Bayesian models for pooling microarray studies with multiple sources of replications. BMC Bioinformatics, 7:247.

System Requirements

Windows:

Windows 98 or later

WinBUGS version 1.4 or later, downloadable here (free license): The BUGS Project

Linux:

Note: The OpenBUGS project also contains software for running LinBUGS, a Linux version of BUGS. The WinBUGS code below can also be used in LinBUGS. For more information, visit the OpenBUGS website.
